Find the same policy online for less, we'll match the price – Simple!
We're always confident about our pricing, but if you find one of the competitors listed below is providing the same policy with equivalent cover for cheaper than us within 14 days of purchasing please contact us. We will gladly match the price and refund you the difference. If you are yet to purchase contact us and we will supply you with a discount code to match the price. The competitor must be an online retailer listed below. The policy must have equivalent or better cover limits and equal or lower excess.
Criteria for lowest price guarantee
- The gadget policy on our competitors site must be identical or equivalent in cover, contract length and with the same excesses to the policy we sell and which you are comparing.
- The comparison is calculated over 12 months or the minimum contract length of the competitors policy (whichever is longer).
- The competitors policy you are comparing must be generally available for sale on their website on a standalone basis and not subject to any existing customer or multi product discounts (which are effectively subsidising the cost of the insurance).
- The price match guarantee does not apply to multi-gadget policies or bulk orders.
- We must be able to verify the availability and validity of the lower price direct on the competitors website (NOT on a comparison website).
- Note we reserve the right to revoke the price match guarantee at anytime. This does not affect your right to cancel within the first 14 days and receive a full refund.
How to claim
If you have found a better price from one of our competitors and it matches the above criteria, please contact us at gadget.sales@SwitchedOnInsurance.com. You will be asked for the following:
- The type, make, model and value of the gadget you are trying to insure.
- The Switched On Insurance product you are comparing and price.
- The competitors product and price you are comparing.
- the web site address of the internet site offering a lower price (not a price comparison site)
